Good quality chapati flour should be selected for delicious Chapati.
Mix two well-ripened bananas in the selected chapati batter.
Add a little milk and enough salt to the mixture of banana Chapati flour and mix it.
Add little water to the chapati dough and make it into a soft dough.
Mix well with both hands until the dough becomes smooth.
Take the well-mixed chapati batter in a bowl and cover it with a wet cloth for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes add enough oil to the chapati batter in the bowl and mix until smooth.
Prepare soft wheat flour by making it into small balls.
Baking the chapatis at a high enough flame will make the chapatis puff up better.
